We walked into the tim hordon at 7pm, an hour before it closed, and was told by the person, with a bad attitude, that the dining area was closed, and we needed to go through the drive through. Closing the dining room before closing the restaurant is horrible service and business. There are too many great places to get coffee and food on hall rd, and I will not be spending my money here again.

I went inside to order so I could pick out my dozen donuts. The young man was very nice. I was disappointed that there were no donuts with sprinkles, although I do understand that things sell out. I was most disappointed, however, that neither of my Boston cream donuts had anything inside. I tried to call, so that others wouldn’t get the same thing, but it just rang forever and then asked for my access code.

Every morning on my way to work there is a woman with a foreign accent that answers the drive through speaker. Please put her in different position. I do a mobile order and when I pull up, I tell her my name and my mobile order number, I speak very clearly, yet she ALWAYS asks me to repeat myself (usually twice) and she ALWAYS gets the order wrong. This happens every single time I stop there during the work week. It really can’t be that hard to look at your mobile orders, look for the number you were given or name and find the correct order, then process it. It’s so frustrating, as soon as I hear her voice, I’m like “here we go again”. There’s got to be another position that she would be great at doing, but please take her off the drive through window speaker. Thank you.

I just got breakfast from this location for the second time. Last week, I waited a long time but I think the car in front of me placed a large order, but there was an ungodly amount of cream cheese on my bagel. And I like more cream cheese than the average person, but I was scooping away chunks with a spoon. Today, I ordered a plain bagel and was given a pretzel bagel, which I didn’t even know existed, and I truly hate it. It is so salty I cannot take more than my first bite of it. This is really upsetting given my horrible week which isn’t their fault, but I was treating myself to Tim horton’s this morning to feel better and now I’m just starving and angry and confused as to who would order this, especially at 6:45AM. Oh also, the bottom of the pretzel bagel is burned (not toasted) – I can’t imagine how burned it’d be if it had been toasted.

I’ve been coming here daily for about 2 weeks now, I like how everything was fresh and the coffee doesn’t taste like an old cigarette butt. Yesterday I got the western combo with hash sticks and I asked also for blueberry bagel double tosted with cream cheese. They gave me all the hash crumbs that was on the bottom of the pan and nothing was done to my bagel and no cream cheese ( even though I paid for it) so I called the manager after I got to my job site and told her what had happened, so she took my name and said “give them your name tomorrow when you come back and we’ll get you another bagel and I will refund you for the hash browns.” So I go there today and I tell them my name and what the manager had promised me and one of employees gets an attitude and goes to the other girl at the window “this guy doesn’t want to pay for anything, just give him the damn food” and then she tells me “that’s okay you don’t have to pay” and hands me the food. So I got mad and at her, paid for the food I got today and told her to learn how to speak and how to deal with people. After all ot was their fault!

I visited this location yesterday morning and the young lady on the drive through was EXTREMELY rude! Her attitude was horrible. Then when we got to the window, the young man working the window didn’t say a word. Just took the money, then just gave us our food. No good morning, have a good day…nothing. Will not be back. I would rather go out of my way to visit the location on 19 and Hayes!
