What’s up for lunch on the trip back from Atlanta and the food is disgusting. The meat was gray and lukewarm, fries were burnt and trying to bite through the chicken in my crystal chicks was like shoe leather only to find that the chicken inside the crust was half the size of the crust. This location continuously underwhelms so I figured it was time to leave a review. The facility is dirty and in desperate need of rehab and from the presentation and quality of the food I would imagine the staff does to. Do better Krystals, this was an absolute waste of $20.

The worst and sorriest I have ever seen. They don’t answer the phone. Whats the point of ordering online when you still have to wait in line with ever one else in the drive through for 45 minutes to an hour even though your food is already ready. Oh or they let you order and take you money and don’t mention that they are closed that day and you drive all the way there to pick it up and no one is there. How is this place even still in business? I just don’t understand it. The WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

We stopped in at about 8:30 CT. At the Krystal in Lanette, alabama, to grab 5 regular burgers for my wife and 3 double cheese Krystals a fry and 2 drinks. When we get there, we where 4th in line to order. When I finally got up to place our order, we were told to hold on,10 minutes later, the lady finally took our order this time, there were about 10 cars behind us, we couldn’t get out of line because of the cars in front of us and the ones behind us and a concrete curb to the side of us. As I said, we got there about 8:30, at 9:20pm we finally got to the pick up window, when we got our food all the burgers were cold and the frys were Luke warm, after all this wait time plus bad food, what we ordered came to just under $24, NEVER AGAIN will I go there and I hope none of ya’ll do either, it was truly the worst Krystal I have ever been to, and I’m not even going into how nasty the lot was.

First time visiting this one. Food was Luke warm. Sandwich was sloppy and thrown together. Had no idea that the sunrise combo had changed. You no longer get 2 sandwiches. This is no longer worth the money. Also had a breakfast scrambler, the grits was lumpy and lukewarm as well. Bought an apple pie, that wasn’t good either. My experience at this restaurant was just terrible. Spent 18.00 and not satisfied with nothing but my sweet tea.

Me and my two friends went to eat here. We were the only three in the restaurant. We ordered and waited for over twenty minutes for our food. We had to go up and ask about it. They had the food sitting back in the kitchen and just never gave it to us. Then, we went to leave and the door was locked from the inside. We tried to open it and the worker rudely said “do y’all need to leave”. My friend was already upset about the treatment and said “Yes that’s why we’re standing at the door”. The worker, once again very rudely, said “well you should’ve said something instead of just standing here looking at it”. As any normal customer, we didn’t know that the inside of a restaurant would be locked so we did not know that we needed to ask for it to be unlocked. The restaurant was not going to close for a few more hours, so there was no reason for the door to be unlocked in the first place. The worker yelled swear words across the restaurant multiple times. My friend hit his foot and yelled one. When the worker let us out, she told us that we should’ve watched our mouth. We then responded and she came out yelling and cussing at us. Not a very clean restaurant and awful service. If you need to eat in valley, I would not recommend coming to this place. I will also add, there was kids in the restaurant and it was not appropriate for my friend to yell what he did. However, the worker had no right to talk to a customer that way.
