Unbelievable deli. A MUST stop if traveling through. Never had the staff meet and greet me like here. Such great pure energy. The food was so fresh and tasty. Try the Ol Saint Joe for a refreshing latte. The ambiance is as great as the food. Thank you for the great lunch break as we travel back home. We will definitely be back !

Perfect and cute little cafe. So many choices. Amazing woodwork inside. It’s one of a kind. The food is good, staff are friendly. We were in town for Cooperstown baseball tournament. Chili was amazing. Guacamole was fresh and sandwiches are amazing. You can’t go wrong! @food_from_the_usa

Every review on here is spot on. The food, atmosphere and service of the Yellow Deli is 5 star. We went there for dinner based on the reviews. We found the staff welcoming, the decor amazing- eclectic- and the food delicious. HOWEVER, NOT ONE REVIEW MENTIONED WHAT WE LATER FOUND OUT.

We had an excellent experience at Yellow Deli. It’s decorated similar to a fantasy Hobbit restaurant with eclectic seating and various structures in natural materials like raw lumber, logs, and leather. The food was fantastic. You can taste the real ingredients instead of processed foods. The Volkswich was a home run. We also got the waffle, which was probably the best we’d ever had (breakfast served all day). Even the fruit on top was incredible. We’re going to go back before we fly back home.

Stopped here with my family on a road trip. It’s a really cute restaurant with very interesting decor, and we all enjoyed the food a lot. The service was a little on the slow side, but not terrible (good for taking a break from 10 hours in a minivan at max capacity, maybe not so great for a quick lunch break during the work day). One thing I think is worth mentioning, it’s apparently run by a religious group and there’s a good chance the staff will bring up religion. Our waiter wasn’t pushy about it, but he did bring it up.

Eclectic, fun, unique. Think a little Woodstock mixed with delicious food. This is not some stereotyped version of those days – no Joplin or Hendricks kitsch. Everything from decorations to staff to food is original, made from scratch by people who embrace the value of working together to do good things. The mango mate and our sandwiches were delicious.
