This is what they have served me twice saying it is a deep dish pizza both times the dough was raw. We live 20 minutes away so the first time I put it in my own oven till the dough was done and still wound up with food poisoning. The second time I returned it. It is only this location that I have ever had this problem with.

They didn’t remake my pizza nor give me a refund and the young guy with the dreads had a attitude like I did something wrong I was very cordial and very nice about the situation. Some people shouldn’t have a job in customer service if they do not know how to talk to customers in a situation such as this.

Meet my family arrive here at 8:20 PM. And I waited 30 minutes for my food my food why my wife comes in comes in as soon as I’m about to ask the guy where is my food and apparently he had it ready the whole time in the back does not apologize forgets one marine arisos and can’t even apologize for that.

They’ve had issues the last couple of visits, but they’re usually good. Ordering online or the app is pretty easy, picking up is easy except when they’re packed and that’s not their fault for the longer wait time to pick up.

I count on this location for my pizza needs since Lafayette is never reliable. I had a couple messed up pizzas but I’m sure it had to be a new worker lol. Other than that the service is usually pretty good for me and food us always fresh.
