Convenient location for a salty bite. Love their Potato Olés! Asked for extra crispy but they weren’t quite there. The staff was super nice. Not much choice for vegetarian. Chain should consider alternative options.

I love Taco John’s. However, I’ve had some issues here lately. On this particular trip I ordered a chicken taco salad and got beef (which I didn’t realize until I was already back to work way across town). I asked for two sides of house dressing. They’re up to $1.19 each now and aren’t near full, which is very disappointing. Paying that much for a side of sauce, the container better be full. I’ll be back, and hope the next trip goes better to earn the stars taken off this time.

Disappointed. I understand staff shortages but they could pretend to be sorry or apologize for making people wait 20 minutes in the drive thru. Not only that but they threw our nacho cheese in the sack and it spilled everywhere. When we went inside to get napkins there was no apology or anything for that either. In fact, we were an inconvenience to hand 4 napkins to. We instead got paper towels from the bathroom ourselves and ate our soggy cheese smothered tacos and left. 🙁

The people that work here are SO nice!! We just happened to stop in on our way home from a road trip & it was so clean, the food was good & the staff were all so helpful & friendly. I’m vegan & within seconds they helped me make an amazing burrito with lots of additions. Highly recommended. Thank you all for being so kind!

Inedible. I usually love Taco Johns, and this might be a one-off experience, but I couldn’t eat my boss burrito because the rice was crunchy hard. Not uncooked, I don’t think, but it had sat out for so long it may as well have been. I didn’t know how to dispose of my mouthful. Hopefully on a good day it’s better. Just a bad experience. The potato ole’s also tasted hard, like they had been sitting out for hours to be tossed back in the fryer for reheating.

Last two times I’ve been here it’s been terrible theve gotten the food wrong even after repeating it back to me saying it right. This last time they got almost the whole order wrong and the order was almost 30 dollars I’m at the point I’d rather not go back to taco johns anymore.

Tried to order at the drive through at 9:50 pm and they wouldn’t respond. The board was lit up and there was another car ahead of me picking up their order. I spoke into the speaker several times and honked but no response. I drove up to the window and waited there, lights were on but they were literally hiding from me! I pulled out and exited slowly and saw them come out from the back and scurry around shutting off lights. Very bad on their part, all they had to do was politely tell me that they weren’t taking any more orders.

We ordered a taco Burger we were the only ones there and several people came in afterwards ordered and got their food before we did. There were only three people working. They did give us our money back so we got the taco Burger free but they forgot to put the potatoes in my friends to go order. This used to be the best fast food and the United States Mexican that is it is the worst food. I heard that it went corporate that’s pretty sad

I went through the drive thru on May 21, 2023 in the evening. The drive thru line was very long, I waited over 20 minutes after I ordered to get my food. In the meantime, the staff started arguing. A woman came outside and yelled to her coworker that was smoking that she “cant stand his fing attitude”. At that point, I should have left- my food was ice cold and I had lost my appetite. Who wants to eat food prepared for you by people arguing? I will not stop at this location again.

They were obviously understaffed, this led to pretty slow food delivery. However, it was totally understandable as they were working very hard. Good people on staff. I was fine with it as the food was good and they were hustling. Good place.
