He had the spaghetti and meatballs version and really did enjoy his meal !!! I had the mixed vegetables with homemade peanut sauce and it was ohhh so delicious!!! We also had the Japanese dumplings that was out of this world! Wished I lived closer to enjoy this jewel a lot more!! If you are up that way give them a try you want regret it!

Wow didn’t know what to expect but I was amazed!! Food was incredible, staff was super friendly, the location was beautiful and it was amazing value. I would have paid double or triple for the quality of food that they served. Truly a wonderful meal I would drive 2 hours back in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed the spring bulb display, unique buildings and many farm animals. Purchased a few seed packets and a fresh sourdough bread. The bread was amazing.

This is a great place to get heirloom seeds from all over the world at a great price and eat some good food from a vegan restaurant. If you need somewhere to take your kids it’s good too a lot to do for them and a great bakery with cinnamon bread and cinnamon buns and regular old wheat bread.

Wonderful lunch of quinoa salad with cucumbers and tomato salsa, buckwheat soba noodles with marinara sauce and roasted chickpeas, little purple potatoes roasted in garlic, and coconut milk ice cream. Payment is by donation only. Just drop you donation off in the box on your way out the door, no tipping necessary. The other main courses which were available that day were spicy peanut vegetables and brown rice; or zucchini noodles with roasted peppers and cashew cream. The menu changes weekly.. Items are either from their own gardens or locally sourced. The kitchen is part of the dining area and you can watch the chef preparing your lunch. Truly a dining experience

The wait was crazy long. Which is so odd with only 4 menu options. It’s also fully vegan.

I will not return to this restaurant. Highly do not recommend. Not a safe bet. You have been warned. The seed store though, it’s amazing. The gardens look great. The whole property. This place is a destination, however, there are more things available to see wed-fri. The old timey shops looked closed on a Tuesday when we were there.

I’m not a vegetarian, but the food was fantastic. Even my kids eat it! I come here with the whole family whenever I need to buy seeds and we make sure to eat at the restaurant. There is no menu. The food is different each time and everyone gets the same thing. You pay what you feel the meal is worth, and it’s always a lot of fun. Last time we had eggplant lasagna and paw paw icecream for dessert. Don’t forget to stop by the bakery they have really good cinnamon rolls. There is a lot to see and do, and if you like gardening they have a great selection of heirloom seeds.
