Nice quaint Thai restaurant on 66th street near the Tyrone Mall area. Service was good, prices are fair and nice atmosphere. The crispy duck phad Thai was decent, duck was tender and crispy, phad Thai could have used a little help!

One of the best Thai restaurants in the area. My family and I go here and exclusively get the curry dishes. My husband and son love the green curry (Thai hot) and I order the red curry normally (mild). The aromatics and taste of the curry is amazing. My step daughter gets the pad Thai and she loves it. The service is quick and amiable. We have always enjoyed our dinners here and find ourselves dining here regularly. We will try other Thai places in the area and none can come close- either the restaurants are dirty, the service is horrible or the food is. Thai led his is none of the above and that is why we choose to dine here when we crave Thai food. Give it a try and you will be happy you did!

The food here is incredible. Service was slow but this was one of a few restaurants open after Hurricane Ian. Our server was super friendly and accomodating. Our sushi rolls were creative. Portions are huge. I wish sushi pieces were cut smaller. I could barely get the Toyota Roll in my mouth. Prices are reasonable. This restaurant was packed. There were only two workers here. They were both hustling, multitasking and not taking breaks.

Not too impressed with the food. My partner had sushi. First the sushi took 20 mins to be made. And it is probably one of the most tasteless sushi we have had for a long time. I had the seafood combination with rice. The plate was warm and it tasted like a reheat. They charged $18 for it and it has like 4 shrimps and 3 squids and that’s about it. Not really impressed with the quality, quantity and price there.

I come to this place all the time. I love it! Last night a server Kim was so unbelievably rude to me n god mother from the moment we sat at the table. I wouldn’t have came if I new the kitchen closed at 845. As I sat down at 830, online said 930 closing. I didn’t hear her say that to the other two tables that came in after us. Or rushing any of the other tables enjoying the food around us. She wouldn’t even make eye contact with us after she dropped our food. The other gentleman kindly took care of us from that point on. I’ll be back for lunch only, where the servers are nothing but kind and friendly. What super sucked was it’s one of my favorite places to eat n we were celebrating Mother’s Day dinner early.

We enjoyed one of the best dinners we’ve had in a long, long time at Thai Orchid!! The service is impeccable, all staff wear masks. The food is scrumptious. I enjoyed a curry, my husband a shrimp and vegetable dish, we took home their Gingko over sweet sticky rice. They have a diverse menu that should satisfy anyone’s pallet. We didn’t realize what a culinary gem we have right in our backyard. We’ll be back for sure!
