So thrilled with the integrity and service at this location. I stopped for some quick food on a road trip, and accidentally left my wallet in the booth. When I called the next day, they were so kind and helpful, and mailed my wallet to me next-day. Not only that, but there was $200 in the wallet, and there wasn’t a dime missing beyond the cost of shipping! The manager even called me from the post office, and texted me a photo with the tracking information. It was SUCH a relief to get it back, and I’m so impressed. Thank you!!!

The chicken sandwich was quite good. Meaty chicken fried right. The Zaxby sauce gave it flavor with some spice. The ‘anything you want’ soda dispenser makes it a good deal. Eat the fries quickly if you want the hot. Yes, this was my first time.

Stopped here for lunch and had the cobb salad with grilled chicken and unsweetened tea. Friendly and helpful lady when I ordered and picked up my lunch. Dined inside. Dinning room area is well decor and clean. Restroom was well kept and everything worked. If you’re a Zax fan, you’ll be good with this location.

The service and food are both very bad. I couldn’t finish the stale bread and stringy chicken. It wasn’t the fault of the staff that there was only one person working the cash register at lunch time on a Sunday.

Chicken was fresh and juicy. Staff was friendly. I asked for ranch, but received Zaxbys sauce. I was still satisfied with my meal, but i figured things like this are an easy fix on the customer service end, and worth noting.

WORST ZAXBY’S EVER!!!! I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this restaurant but today is what did it for me. First of all, the guy taking our order was rude… I ordered DOUBLE fries with my fingers and got a few fries and slaw. Asked for EXTRA RANCH and got ZERO, had to go back inside to get it (I’ve learned from experience to check the bag). Chicken fingers were CRISPY, GREASY, and THIN. I maybe got 2 bites of chicken and the rest was the fried batter. Toast was burnt to the point of not being able to eat it. Fries soggy and hardly any seasoning. I’ll just drive to Asheville if I want Zaxbys from now on. This place needs new management and TRAINING on CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ACCURACY!!!!!!

Love the chicken here! This is only the second time I have been to a Zaxby’s and I am a huge fan. The chicken is amazing. I wish this was out near me on the west coast. The service was friendly and my drive through order was perfect. Prices are very reasonable and I love the vibe of this place. I had the nibblerz combo and a sweet tea. Very good! I ran inside and the place looked very clean with lots of happy people enjoying their food. Please come out to California!!!

Drive thru lines usually don’t take long and IV never set in this Zaxby’s but I drove thru. Food was great alittle high $ wise but me and my wife agreed it was worth stopping by couple time’s a month
