This establishment is a joke!! It is ran by 2 barely legal children who also date. If you want to come in and see the “managers” having a loud lovers quarrel this is the place for you! I have never in my life heard of any job that allows 2 coworkers let alone 2 MANAGERS be in a relationship especially when there are issues like this present. The male manager is absolutely unhinged and has anger issues it seems like. He is has no filter or respect for others and curses out employees like they are dogs, including his manager girlfriend whom is almost always crying because of him. Then you have these 20 yr old managers outside smoking pot and with underage employees at that. Whoever is above these managers and this store should be ashamed of themselves. This is not a healthy environment for anybody to work in! It’s not fair to the employees who have to deal with it everyday nor the customers who are subjected to it. DO BETTER DUNKIN! I am honestly dumbfounded by this things that have been allowed to go on at this store and for how long. I can’t even enjoy my favorite drink anymore because I refuse to spend money here!

Elfrin Edwards Fitness
This is by far the worst dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to. They play loud music, they will walk past you multiple times while you’re standing at the register without acknowledging you. Most importantly, they constantly get the orders wrong. Of the 10 times I’ve been here, I’ve had one positive experience. It’s clear that this is coming from the top down. Either the training is horrible or the quality of employees is lacking. The entire crew needs to be replaced. This isn’t one bad experience, this is months of dealing with the same horrible service. Different faces same horrible service.

Tipped and paid extra for additional chocolate foam- yep I was charged & then it wasn’t put in my cup there was actually less than the normal amount & the “extra” was put in a pup cup. The chocolate sprinkles were all over the lid so it wouldn’t stay on. I had to get out of the car & go into store to get another one. The girl had an attitude about giving it to me.

Bought a sourdough breakfast sandwich and an avocado toast. The sandwich bread didn’t seem toasted even though it has been in the past, however, that’s not such a big deal. My main complaint is one of the slices of bread on the sandwich had green stains as if they spilled avocado spread on it and wiped it off or something. You can see it at the left of the picture. I’m not sure why they would serve a sandwich this way.

A delicious latte for breakfast and a breakfast sandwich! The breakfast choices are excellent! Choose a croissant breakfast sandwich and a caramel latte with whipped cream to start your day! There is a handicapped entrance here handicap bathroom and handicap parking right out front! It’s great for kids also because they offer donut holes which are so scrumptious!

First time to stop here while in town on business. Probably the fastest order time ever. I normally order on the app but this time I went to the drive thru. The service here was so much faster. So glad this dunkin opened up in prattville. I’ve switched from Starbucks to dunkin as my daily coffee goto. Better prices and honestly better coffee in my opinion, I do wish the drinks were a tad bit more consistent but, overall great product.

They are so incredibly slow and today I sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes when there was like 5 cars in front of me. I seen multiple people in there and there is no reason to be running that slow with that many people in there.
