Orderd here last night and my pizza was XL, to save time because of them being late my pizza came smashed in a large box to avoid me getting a free pizza. 15 seconds oh and the pizza was paper thin very upset when we got home won’t be ordering from here anymore

It took a total of 19 minutes from the time I hit place order to the time my order was on my kitchen counter top (and it takes 6-8 minutes to deliver from this location to my apartment) I placed my order at 4:17pm and got a text saying my driver was on the way at 4:26pm. I was like what the heck?! There’s no way a pizza, order of wings and cinnamon twists can be property cooked/prepared in only 9 minutes. And I was right. The chicken wings had to of been at least 2 days old and were hard as a rock/inedible. The pizza had little to no sauce and was barely cooked/warm. I hate spending $35 for a pizza and wings and can’t even enjoy it/eat it. Some people would be fine with quick delivery/old food but I definitely prefer quality over quickness/laziness. Extremely disappointed…..again. Never ordering from dominos again.

I normally do get food from you all and normally you do give good service, but the last time I ordered something there, I wound up getting food poisoning soon afterwards. I’m pretty sure it was the sandwich I got from there because that was the last thing I ate before getting sick to my stomach. It might be a while before I order from this place again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- they delivered the pizzas I ordered to the wrong apartment and then lied about where it was delivered to. The managers both called me a liar and refused to help me in anyway. They stole my pizzas and refused to refund my order. They were rude and wouldn’t even listen to me. If I could give negative stars I would. Why would I lie about $20 ??? All I wanted was the pizza and they even refused to remake the order for me. DONT ORDER HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND LIE TO YOU!

Ordered two pizzas for delivery then received an email 20 mins later saying my order was cancelled, no reason given, and my refund would be given in 2-5 business days! Total B.S. and such a disappointment when you’re hungry and waiting for food.
