Definitely in a Rock Bottom facility, but this is not Rock Bottom BBQ. Brisket was very good; pork was good but I preferred the brisket. Best part was the smoked tater salad. This place was worth the stop.

I wanted to say thanks again to Brendan Locker at Rock Bottom BBQ for the incredible lunch today. I enjoyed every single last bite of the Pig Candy (pork belly burnt ends) and the sides. Tracey loved her brisket taco also, that one taco filled her up!

The ONLY place to eat BBQ if you’re craving it. He has the world’s BEST potato salad I could eat my weight in. And all other amazing meats! Stop by and get you some, you won’t be disappointed! And I can’t forget to mention the amazing staff who are just as amazing as the food! 🙂

Rock Bottom BBQ is real Texas Championship BBQ! I stopped in and enjoyed Brisket, sausage, and sides. PLEASE stop here and enjoy! You’ll be so glad you did. Be sure to order the ‘smoked baked potato salad. Sauce on table but you really won’t need it. This BBQ spot should be on every Texan’s list. BTW- do NOT leave without buying a pouch of Brendan’s BBQ Rub!
