After almost 30 minutes I get my food an all 3 orders were missing the fries, I go back inside an ask to speak with the manager an the guy who took my order said she’s gone what’s the problem, I tell him all 3 combos are missing the fries an he says oh my bad I knew I forgot something. We walked about 1 mile to go have dinner at this jack in the box and Susana had the Dining area shut down with the doors open due to mopping and told us we could not enter. I sad that is fine. We can order our food to go and wait out side. She said she was not taking orders due to her own decision. She told us to walk away! She needs to be fired sence She thinks working at a fast food restaurant gives her some type of authority! I would be more than happy to rewrite this review As soon as she is terminate.

I went there this morning after working a long hard night. I was hungry and it usually is the only place opened around the area where I live. Well the lights are off on the menu in the drive-thru so we drove up to the window. The lady at the said they were closed (for some reason I couldn’t hear her). Usually I get disappointed because after 11pm, sometimes even around 10 p.m, they seem to never have shakes, I hate that. Well I guess I should be grateful because eating late at night does not help your waistline. Oh yeah and another thing….. Why is it that I love their tacos as much as I do!
