I ordered two small pizzas and a sub. The Chicken Florentine did not have the black olives that were requested and my Italiano sub had MOLD on the bread! I also asked for no tomatoes, and it still came on the sandwich. It was completely inedible. I’m very disappointed as I have never had a problem with Marco’s and we frequently order from this store but never again. I will be ordering from a different location from now on.

Staff can’t tell you anything about the app & loyalty rewards.. App messed up & couldn’t get my $10.00 coupon off the app.. The people there barely spoke English, they looked as if they understood nothing to what I was saying… I blame corporate bc there should be a manager fluent in languages of the customer & the staff so communication can be easier! The pizza is always good & cooked timely.. The store seems dark & dirty looking, not appealing at all!

Since I am a picky eater; NO BEEF, PORK OR BREAD, I was elated to find a pizza restaurant that made pizza crust out of cauliflower. Once more, after eating some of the pizza I was blown away by the taste. It’s simply Scrumptiously delicious. Then to add the cherry on the top ——they deliver the pizza to you. Drop mic….I’m done ❤️

5 minutes away from this place. If you enjoy the insult of paying for a steak and cheese sandwich that is cold, with bread that is so soggy it’s like it was dipped in cold water 3 out of 5 meals then this Marco’s is for you.

I had a bad experience today with employee by the name of Eli. He was unprofessional, rude, was rushing me to look at my food, rushing me to swipe my card, and talked crazy to me. He kept wiping his nose which was very unsanitary and he had a very nasty attitude. I will never go to this location again.

3 hour wait for pizza. Ordered at 5:30. 8:15 pm when it arrived. Called twice. Told it was on the way twice and offered a credit. Eventually got a refund when order arrived cold and wrong . We really like Marcos. This was very disappointing.

I ordered from Marco’s, and I have never had an issue at any other location. I ordered two pizzas and there was a long black hair in not one but BOTH of the pizzas I ordered. I almost stopped eating completely, but decided to move to the next pizza. Turns out, it was in both. That’s disgusting, Marcos.
