This place is a local marvel. Arriving here is like stepping back into a timeless 20th century watering hole. It’s small, intimate, and cozy. The regular menu was diverse and varied. There were lots of specials to pick from. Our party of four had all different entrees, and we all left satisfied. Long live Snuffy’s.

Stopped her after the movie we wanted wasn’t playing and the restaurant we wanted was closed. Lol! Whoops. Stopped here and we had a great time. The grilled veggie appetizer was PHENOMENAL!! Worth going back just for that alone! Beef on wecknwad good, burger was good. Fresh cut fries were amazing. Service was decent too. Food was so good though!

We stayed the weekend for the Bigfoot Festival in Marienville. We decided to try Snuffy’s. We were not disappointed. Little cafe and bar but our food selection was amazing. My husband had the Beef on Weck..he loved it. It was thick with Juicy beef served with real horseradish. I got the 6 oz sirloin with Mushrooms and grilled vegetables as my side. My goodness was it good. The steak wasn’t thick but it didn’t need to be. The flavors and the thick cut Mushrooms did the trick. The grilled vegetables were actually grilled not microwaved.
