I recently went through the drive-through in the early afternoon and was treated incredibly well, especially considering it is a new Chick-fil-A and they were in the middle of training when I ordered. My market salad was fresh and excellent, especially with paired fried nuggets and avocado ranch dressing.

I placed my (pretty large) order via drive-thru and was told to pull up and park in a spot while preparing my order. Two minutes later, the manager approaches the car to apologize for the wait, told me it will be about 4 more minutes and handed me a Be Our Guest card….if this isn’t good customer service, I’m not sure what is. Proud to have this Chick-Fil-A in my neighborhood!

Waited in the drive through for about 30 minutes watching all the workers stand behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. With any other chickfila I go to, after going in the drive through my food comes instantly and not only does it come instantly, the food quality is still good. This time around, coming to this Chickfila, not only was I in line for about 30 minutes, my fries were soggy and my nuggets were OVER cooked. Now as I am writing this review, I am watching cars pull into the drive through as workers are sitting outside infront of the building at the table, on their phones, doing nothing to help speed things up. I will never come to this Chick fila again, no matter how close it is to me. I work too hard for my money for it to go to waste.

This was the WORST Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. I’ve always gotten nothing but exceptional customer service from this company, but obviously this location missed the memo. They have a whole bunch of teenagers goofing off in the kitchen and giving their friends food while actual customers (like me) are waiting a whole 20 minutes for their drinks to be made.

The spicy chicken sandwich was wonderful. I also ordered a granola parfait. The cost was $11 plus. It took us at least 12 minutes to get our food. There were about 7- 8 cars in front of us. For a Chic Fila, that’s not a lot of people. It would generally take about 5-6 minutes tops to get your meal. Needless to say, my parfait was milky. It had virtually melted down. The granola had raisins or something you couldn’t break down with natural teeth. So, if you see a line and you are in a hurry, keep going!
