Pizza was fine, the breadsticks were good. Now here is the issue, I paid for the the pizza via gift card online. Picked it up and went back to my car and the cashier came out saying I didn’t pay. So I went in with the pizza she grabbed it from me without even asking and put it in the warmer. Well then the manager called someone but wouldn’t talked to me about. By the time everything got situated the pizza which was in the warmer really wasn’t hot anymore. Didn’t even get a sorry or it explained and the girl who did this went into the back. Not hard to say sorry for the situation.

Absolute crooks. I should have read the reviews. Ordered 20 pizzas (~$275) for delivery wayyy ahead of time for my little girl’s birthday party (spoiler: they arrived all soggy, 90+ min late, and wouldn’t let us refuse the delivery). On the day of, I stood outside to await the driver. I regret missing my little girl’s party doing this. Fifteen minutes late, I have a small crowd out with me while I call the store. I let it ring and ring (never hanging up.. I just let it ring). Thirty minutes late, I had someone race to Publix to get a bunch of emergency food for our guests ($$$$). Forty minutes late, we used another phone to call another Pizza Hut to ask for advice. Nothing they could do so we stayed on the phone with the original store. Fifty minutes late, still waiting for someone to pick up their phone, I had my sister drive to that physical store to see if anyone was there.

I literally just bought this and I have a hair in it.. I bought it at 10:16 pm October 7th and it got here around 10:40ish.. that’s all fine and well. Until I started eating it. I got to my second slice and had a long hair in it. I’m African American with short Afro hair..and this is a medium strand of wavy hair. I put a picture of my hair as comparison. I tried calling and couldn’t get through to anyone (11:15pm).

So I call and place my order, then they ask card or cash and make me hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and downloaded the app instead. I was hungry and not wanting to wait any longer. Two stars only because last time the delivered they got here in 20 minutes. Don’t make hungry people wait.

Ordered pizza for delivery said I would pay with cash, they said order would be here in 30 min, 1 hour later they text to say will be 30 more min, then hour and a half later they call me, tell me they don’t have a driver and had to use DoorDash and that I must pay with a credit card or cancel my order. I canceled the order.

Had to come back and take a star off my review. I don’t know what their deal is lately but they must have a different manager now. This is the second time they’ve messed my pizza up, a pitifully uncomplicated pizza order at that. They waste customers’ time messing up orders and then don’t offer anything to make it right. The old manager gave me a free dessert months ago when they screwed up and doubled my wait time. Customer service has only gone downhill since then. The last time they massacred my pizza, when I went back in to get the remade one, I see the employees in the back munching on it happily. Funny, but unprofessional. What do you expect though, it’s fast food ♀️

Ordered a pizza online last night and it never showed up. Tried to call the store 3x, it kept just hanging up after the recording so I assumed they closed early. This morning (after they opened) a charge went through on my card and no pizza was ever delivered. I wasn’t even going to complain about it being a day late lol But now I am. Still no answer on the phone. Their main line gave me the corporate number because they can’t reach them either. Order somewhere else. Truly.
