First time to try their burgers .. got my favorite mushroom sautéed onions Swiss cheese burger w Cajun fries… it was totally delicious and I devoured the whole thing! So good adding mayo/mustard and putting some fries inside the bun

I recommended Flip Side to my colleagues for lunch. We ordered 11 burgers …two of them were missing parts of the burger per the menu. Additionally, 1 burger was missing completely (not a big deal). After passing out all of the food and recognizing we were missing food I went back to the restaurant (20 minute round trip x 2) to pick up the missing burger. I asked manager about crediting for missing burger (typical standard practice )…he took 50% off 🙁 . Drove back to work with “missing burger” …arrived at the conclusion of our lunch. Ended up missing my lunch and colleague did not eat as well. Ended up throwing burgers in the trash. As a local resident, I will not recommend Flip Side in the future or return as a patron. I was embarrassed for the restaurant and how they handled themselves.

I visited Flip Side for the first time with friends. I was happy to see the Beyond burger on the menu. I was very surprised to learn that the fries are cooked in lard. I was offered a side salad in place of the fries. The Beyond burger was delicious, and the salad was okay. The plate was very hot, so the salad was wilted. One of my companions ordered a large, expensive salad that was also wilted. She requested a replacement. It took a long time to come, and the lettuce was again wilted. She was not happy. All in all, I enjoyed the time there with my friends and my delicious Beyond burger.

Went back this past week. Was excited to see it reopened. The burgers were good as always. But my husband ordered a beer on draft, and it came in a 6-8oz glass for $9. Our water glasses were taller. We both ordered the say cheese burger but it came with no lettuce or tomato as it was stated on the menu. We had to ask for that. Then I ordered a shake that for some reason didn’t come until after I finished my meal. There were only three tables so I’m not sure why there was a delay. Maybe the waitress was new? We thought maybe bc it just reopened that was the reason for the hiccups. We will try one more time in a few months and hope for a better experience.

Love this place! Servers are always on top of it and the food is always delicious! I was so sad when they were closed so I’m so glad they are open again! I always recommend a cheeseburger, fries, and a chocolate milkshake; classic!

This is a perfect date spot and the staff is warm and welcoming most of the staff as been there for years so they have experience with the menu and can help you with any questions you have. The menu isn’t too big and that’s a wonderful thing not to be overwhelmed by a huge menu. The portion sizes are enough to share between two people also all orders are a la carte.
