We had a terrible experience. We ordered and the page said that it would be 25 to 30 minutes. At 25 minutes the tracker said the pizza was ready for pick up. When I got there the pizza had not even gone in the oven yet, and the lady at the counter said that they would put it in now and that it would be done between eight and 10 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and no one was in sight. I eventually managed to flag someone down and asked to speak to the manager, who then came with my two pizzas and my garlic bread. I asked him why it had taken so long and why the tracker was saying 20 minutes ago that the pizzas were ready for pick up. Without looking at me, he gave me three different excuses: they don’t control what the tracker says, the pizza had too many toppings (3), so it took too long to bake, and that he was only 15 minutes late. He never once looked at me. The customer service was horrendous and I would warn anyone from ordering from this branch.

Ordered delivery from our suite in St Louis. Used my location on my phone for the delivery address. Got a call about 2min later from Imos. The man on the phone was super friendly and helpful, because the address they got didn’t exist. I told him where I stayed and pizza was there in no time. Pretty decent prices. Pretty damn good pizza. True St. Louis style and delicious. Highly recommend.

I had my first IMO’s pizza nearly 20 years ago. Loved it.And every time I was near an IMO’s I always made it a point to eat with them. I have bragged about how good the pizza was,and have recommended it to anyone I knew was going to St. Louis to be sure to eat pizza at IMO’s. However, the experience my wife and I had July 18th was a disaster. I ordered the meat pizza and asked that the pepperoni be left off 1/2, the toasted ravioli, a salad and the garlic bread, with two medium drinks. Total cost $$45.56. It took 15 minutes to get the first part of our order, the salad, which had only one fork and no way to divide it into two portions, another 15 minutes to get the pizza, and another 5 minutes for the Ravioli and garlic bread. Had to ask for plates and another fork.

My pizza was VERY DRY and over cooked. The texture of the pizza was similar to the box it was in. I called and spoke with the manager mike, VERY RUDE, VERY DISMISSIVE. I frequent this location often, however I will never go back. I will also post this review to my social media with my 76k followers. HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Was in Saint Louis for work. Ordered pizza and ravioli from Imo’s on recommendation of a coworker. Was not disappointed. Pizza was good. Ravioli was toasted to perfection. Delivered to the hotel without issue. Very courteous driver that welcomed me into town and told me to enjoy my visit. Will definitely remember this place next time I am in Chesterfield.

Today I had a $60 order with a $5 tip. I spoke with Mike, he was very rude as I was trying to explain to him how the chicken looked I also asked for the corporate number rudely he replied he was the only person that make the decision. I’m a nurse and I wouldn’t dare feed this bleeding chicken to anyone. I’m very disappointed I thought this was a good establishment guess I’m wrong.

It’s a St Louis thing, you either love Imos or you don’t like it at all. This restaurant has been serving up the provel based pizza as long as I’ve been in St. Louis, and they’ve never gotten an order wrong. They may be a little bit more expensive than some of the other pizza places, but order here and you know you’re going to get what you asked for, the people are very friendly, and delivery is lightning fast.
