We eat at this Hardee’s almost every morning this morning as usual we came in and ordered my wife asked for a water as usual the young woman gave her a small cup, my wife asked her for the next size cup which is what is always given to us the manager Jordan slammed the cup down my wife said you don’t have to be rude. At this point she ask us to leave, this is not the first time this young woman has been rude or hateful to us she is very hateful and looks very upset every time we see her. We try not to come in if we know she will be working. This person does not belong in the position of manager nor servings the public with such a hateful attitude and disrespect. We will not ever use this Hardee’s again !

To start this off place is not very sanitary looks like they haven’t cleaned the dining area or tables. Then we ordered are food in let say the food was over cooked, dry and old fries and onion rings that was part of it then the western burger is a joke old rings and under cooked patties. Pretty well a disgusting experience for the money you spend here.

I like it. They recently replaced a whole order for me that wasn’t even there fault. I thought they had messed my order up but I got my bag mixed up with my dad’s order. I found out later after talking to my dad that he got mine and I got his. Hardee’s replaced it with no problems. They are always friendly. The food takes a little longer but it’s made to order. Fresh as can get especially for fast food.

I ordered two of the new sandwiches (meals mad size) and a mushroom and swiss (meal med size with curly fries) and a fresco burger meal med. Instead of the fresco sandwich I got two mushroom and swiss. I didnt say anything at all being that we both liked mushroom and swiss. It has been almost a month since I ordered from trenton mo hardee’s. But everytime we go there which isnt often our order is wrong.

Just went through drive through at 9pm, sat at the window for 10 minutes, resteraunt empty… when I finally get my order I expected HOT food… Luke warm on burger and cold fries… not going there again.

Have been here multiple times in the past. Food was usually decent. Today was not that day. I ordered our food. Ordered curly fries, got regular fries. Ordered bacon well done, and it wasn’t. Took my sandwich back in to have fixed. The lady behind the counter was rubbing her face ALOT, pacing back and forth. She was going on about how she couldn’t remember somebodies order. So they had to ask that person at the window. When she helped me, I told her what was wrong. It seemed like it was a burdon to fix my order. She sent the sandwich back, I saw the kid in the back, open my sandwich, take the bacon off, and it sat there. I want to say I stood there for 5 minutes while waiting. He got the well done bacon, put it back on my now cold sandwich that had been sitting there open, wrapped it back up, put it on the food warmer, then the lady who was constantly pacing and rubbing her face, then unwrapped my sandwich, looked at it, wrapped it back up, and handed it to me. I went back out to my vehicle, went home, and threw my cold burger that had been handled by someone who looked like they might be coming down from something in the trash. I don’t expect I’m going back there anytime soon.

We went through the drive up. Requested catsup to be in sack. When we received our food there was no catsup and fries were not cooked. Went inside and told the young man working the counter and he didn’t seem to have any idea what to do. Finally a lady working in the back walked over to the fry area and told him to throw out all the fries and cook more. I then had to wait while the fries cooked. While waiting I observed another worker sneeze into his hands and not wash his hands after. Not going there again

What a joke! Waited 15 minutes for a double cheeseburger that was so cold you could take the thing apart piece by piece. Was gonna complain but there were eight other people waiting for their food. One guy took his order back because it was wrong and they told him it would be 15-20 more minutes. Every worker looked lost. Can someone say new management?
