The last time I went to Leeann Chin, I ordered the entree and I only got about 4 little cut up pieces of chicken. I asked them if I could have another piece of chicken or a refund. They said they would not do it and they were extremely rude to me. The food is usually good but the customer service in Hudson, WI is horrible.

Uncomfortable dining experience and poor food. The manager has been “gabbing” with the front line staff the entire time we sat in the dining room. All of the staff are loud and absorbed in the conversations. The food was over cooked and dry, and in the case of the egg roll so bad it was black and charcoal. Edit: …and that manager is now having video calls with some kids on her phone.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered orange chicken with fried rice. Got home and it wasn’t what I even ordered. Some gross beef, Tasted terrible. Fried rice wasn’t really fried rice either. Called them to tell them and he couldn’t even say sorry about that. Just I will write your name down and tell them your name. Like they will do that with just my first name. Sometimes people just won’t an apology and acknowledge you made a mistake.

Never again I will step in that store worker was disrespectful and acting tuff I got really upset too the point I left too cool down younger fellow wasn’t raised proper I’m from the 80s so I am in the right boat butany ways the way he was talking too me was uncalled for ruined my night and there food porr cooks don’t even cook with passion and love of restaurant industry think you need a new job not my fault you work at LeAnn bins and they lucky they got 1 star I had too pick 1 too review now feel better had too get that off my shoulders

Literally never order food from here unless you have a deal because they NEVER get it right. And the food is almost always bad. Whoever was working May 8th 12:30pm needs to be let go. Noodles were so soggy and mushy its like they were sitting for hours don’t even get me started on how much soy sauce they covered it in?? Then my shrimp was supposed to he firecracker shrimp but there was so much soy sauce I felt like I got soy sauce shrimp and this isn’t the first time this has happened. Whoever the cook is needs to be moved or let go. If there are only 2 shifts of cooks then Whoever was working the day I said is the bad cook because it’s not always bad.
