Very friendly service and the cashier was super patient with me while I decided on what toppings I wanted on my burger. I took a seat close to the kitchen and could see that the burgers were being made with care and precision. The food was great, and the milk shakes were thick and delicious. I took off a couple of stars because my fries had a long piece of hair wrapped in them. I showed them to an employee and he quickly shouted for them to me remade. Mistakes happen but it’s always a very icky to have hair in your food. I spent a total of $65 for family of three, which included a tip so I think it’s fair to expect more from this place than I would other fast food places like McDonalds.

OMG, I hadn’t ever been to this place and my son would always tell me about it when I was in Virginia. So since I moved back to Vegas over a year ago and I still hadn’t been to one, my son took me there about a week after my knee replacement surgery. I got the bacon cheeseburger and I was in heaven. It was absolutely perfect and the Cajun fries were divine. The amount they give you is just awesome because you can share your fries and you still get more than anywhere else.

I’ve been missing out on these 5 guys patty melt burgers. They are sooo addicting. I have to get peanuts as well everytime I go. Service has always been good. What really makes my day is seeing the manager named “R & B”. The employees are moving swiftly and delivering hot acceptable food. One day I went and he wasn’t there . It wasn’t the same lively vibe. He seems like a awesome manager and person. Y’all should keep him around!

You already know they make the best burgers but this location in particular is my favorite. It’s very convenient to get to, easy to find parking and there is plenty of seating. Couldn’t ask for more. Much healthier and hardier than McDonalds and staff that actually has social skills and interacts with you over whoever is on the phone. Thanks for a great experience guys and girls.

So I’m a big big fan and I was super excited they were offering curb side pickup. Five Guys is definitely one of my top 10 fast food, maybe even top 5. Anyway, we ordered online and I showed up. I checked in online and waited. After 5 or so minutes I called thinking they didn’t get the online check in. The person on the phone (did not get his name) acted like I was a bother telling me “we know, we’ll have it out when it’s ready.” Then I waited, and waited and waited. After a half hour I called back and they admitted they forget. I asked if they could remake it since it was likely cold. They assured me it had been in the warmer all now 40 minutes. They offered me a free shake. The fries were wilted and cold despite the warmer. More than a free shake I wish they could have just gave us fresh fries since it was their mistake. The burgers were good but cold and soggy. So I guess I won’t be going back. If the first guy hadn’t acted like I was a bother I would have called back sooner. If Corinavirus was a threat I would have just gone in. But…. to be fair the order was correct.
