Messed up my drink entirely and it had nothing I ordered added to it. It was explained to me that it was by a new employee so they were sorry. Being an employee of a fast food establishment I know if that were me, I would have taken the mess up and either given it away or tossed it. Then made a new drink the right way and shown my new employee how to properly make it. Not apologize and give the customer who paid $7 for the drink not even close to how they ordered it. I only put two stars for service because the employee seemed very apologetic. I won’t come here again.

The real highlight of this McDonald’s was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. It was pretty busy but didn’t feel that way because the kitchen staff were efficient. The staff that was cleaning the dining area greeted everyone warmly and made sure things were right. It was a really unexpected uplifting visit to an otherwise ordinary fast food restaurant.
