I love Caribou! I never went to any coffee shops before moving to the United States and I was brought to Caribou 16 years ago and love it ever since. I really love the coolers and am not ashamed to order an XL Chocolate Coffee Cooler with Caribou’s delicious whip cream and chocolate drizzle. To me the whip is as important as the beverage itself. Competitor’s whip is something to be improved on but Caribou’s is excellent the way it is and always was.

Coffee here is pretty strong. They have a decent variety of non-coffee drinks and some bakery items. The space is nice and clean and the workers are pretty helpful/nice. Great for studying/working as they have a lot of tables of various sizes and outlets throughout although it can be a bit loud. The store has two individual restrooms and an outdoor space with a few tables.

Stopped by for a decaf espresso today. Ordered a small and received half a cup. When i asked the cashier she stated, “that’s how it comes”. I do not appreciate ordering a cup and receiving half of what i ordered. The coffee tasted good, so i gave three stars. But the price paid for what was received is not up to par. Do better!

Every time I go here I get excellent service. Friendly staff, good food and drinks plus you don’t have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get served. I wish their competition could do this.

Great atmosphere, always clean and friendly staff. Much better experience for me than Starbucks because there is no drive- thru to back up the inside coffee shop orders. Therefore the service is quicker for a simple cup of coffee.
