While I waited the 20 minutes ( I was a walk in so of course I had to wait) I had very nice interactions with three of the drivers. The nicest people! The person at the counter was also polite. I got home with the pan pizza. First it was unsliced ( luckily we have a pizza cutter) , it looked great but the thick crust was very doughy.

Rarely use Dominos anymore, now I remember why. I just wanted quick and easy. Chicken Parm sandwich and Chicken Alfredo Pasta. Chicken Parm sandwich was surprisingly good. But shouldn’t Chicken Alfredo Pasta have at least one piece of chicken in it? Just one! I’m too tired to drive back for a $7 entree, but thanks for the lesson. I ordered online, got to the store, they hadn’t made my order because they didn’t have bacon. I ordered several items. They didn’t make anything. No one called me to tell me there was an issue with my order. I ordered online because I have somewhere to be. I told them to cancel the rest of my order. Come on now, do better. You have grown people working here, call somebody if you aren’t going to complete their online order.

3/10/23 Very good experience here. With very professional staff. They came right out and let me know that they had messed up my pizza by putting the wrong sauce on it and that they had made me a fresh one. I had no problem waiting for my new pizza. I really appreciated them being up front in the mistake and then fixing it right away. This is my go to location for my Dominos. I am never disappointed in my service and always tip well.

Burnt pizza. Burnt cheesy bread that had half cheese on it, the other half just burnt crust. Mushroom pizza with only 5 total mushroom slices on it. Total. For the entire pizza. Never in my life been to a Dominos that simply just does not care or have any standards. Absolutely awful around. Truly.

Usually a good store but not tonight. Ordered carryout, got there before the pizza came out, pizza came out where it sat for 5 minutes, there was no one working the front. Got home with a warm pizza and they put he wrong sauce on it. Went back to the store and there were a couple people working the line and everyone else was in the back. Said F it left the pizza on the counter and left.

I order from here for pizza night often; however, I don’t know if I will anymore. I get that places are short staffed, but when the order is ready at 6:30 but doesn’t leave the store until 7:35, that is a little ridiculous. I ordered two pizzas and two sides and it took 2 hours to get delivered with an hour spent sitting at the store. At that point, a discount or something should be made. Kings Pizza doesn’t even take that long to deliver.

Two weeks ago, we ordered 2 pizzas’…a Crispy Feta and spinach and a Hand tossed Pepperoni, onion and pineapple. The Feta pizza was so overdone you could hardly break it and the Hand tossed was under cooked. We were given 2 free pizza credits to our account went to use one tonight and wouldn’t you know it they removed them. Great customer service NOT! Since this is the way they treat their customers, WE WILL NEVER ORDER A PIZZA OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS STORE! It is no wonder they only get a 4.2 for us it is a 0.0 rating
