WOW!!!! If you want to eat REAL Food, come to 1608 Crafthouse. The Chef here is cooking up authentic food. Not that processed food, everyone else is serving. The menu options are as fresh as they can get, the drink selection is great too!

Food was excellent! We got the bone marrow appetizer and it was so good I forgot to take my before picture lol the steak sandwich was good and the burger was amazing, fries and Mac also good! Seafood plate was finished in its entirety lol thank you 1608, we will be back!

Was recommended this place and was excited to try it out. They have an amazing imperial breakfast stout made in Virginia. Ordered the bacon cheese burger w/ applewood bacon and fries, it left a lot to be desired. At first bite, I noticed it was missing something, where is the cheese and bacon? My waitress informed me the cheese was incorporated into the ground beef, and the bacon was wrapped around the patty. Must be one of those new age impossible type burgers bc it was impossible to taste any bacon or cheese in the patty. It looked and tasted like a regular burger. The fries were fries, nothing extraordinary about besides needing salt. The overall all 3 stars is for the beer bc that was the best part.

Really good spot. Great beer selection, and the food is fantastic. I ordered the lamb and mushroom burger which tasted delightful and fresh, with very well-balanced flavors and textures that complemented each other quite nicely. It’s like someone put a lot of thought into creating this menu for a well-rounded meal that tastes good but not overly processed or salty. The actual place was laid-back and unpretentious, which really made the whole evening enjoyable. Would return.

Finally had a chance to come here.. was closed a couple times for the superbowl and an Employee Appreciation Day.. for a place to close down to appreciate their employees tells me a lot of great things without having to experience anything yet..

Holy smokes, this place is amazing. We shared five dishes (not including dessert) that were all cooked, seasoned, and portioned perfectly. The vibe was chill and the service was super nice. Highly recommend!

My Drink was not good. But their steak was delicious and their BLT sandwhich was very dry. But they do make a delicious snack tray. We also love their natural soda “cola”.
