I tried the new papa bowl. Sounded like a good idea. I was pretty disappointed in the serving size for the price. The picture is before I started to eat. I counted 12 normal sized bites. Luckily I wasn’t very hungry, but even then I still needed a snack afterwards. If I were actually hungry when I ordered this I would have been mad. Other than the size it tasted as expected, and was ready for pickup in 30 minutes.

I ordered a pizza with sauce a while back and they forgot my sauce and the manager lady wouldn’t send someone to bring my sauce. She said “I’m not going to have my driver just bring you sauce.” When my boyfriend orders they’ve forgotten our sauce 3 times in a row *not exaggerating* but always deliver it after we’re finished eating.

Literally the best pizza place ever. So good that my pizza levitated off the table and flew into my mouth. The sheer amount of goodness here is amazing. The ginger manager is the best and should definitely get an extended vacation.

My wife and I recently had an unsatisfying experience here, but the manager worked to make the problem right, and we’re grateful. Papa John’s has delicious pizza, and the garlic butter dipping sauce is a great way to use your crusts when you’re done. Don’t get the jalapeño popper rolls though—they’re dry and bland and not worth the money.

Called in and placed an order on Mother’s Day and they placed/charged my card $60 for the order, then was told something happened and to call right back. I called back in after a few minutes to figure out it’s a call center and couldn’t talk to someone. I then went to the actual location to see it was closed for the day.

I ordered this through door dash and this is what I received. I also called to make sure they got the garlic sauce because they didn’t the last time and I was on hold for 15 min for a yes or no question. Ridiculous. It’s not even cut if you can’t tell.

I’ll give credit to the service, crust and toppings. However the sauce ruins the pizza. Disgustingly sweet. Couldn’t stomach much of it. Had to stop eating. Couldn’t decide if I ordered a pizza or dessert. Garlic sauce was better when it wasn’t creamy and more buttery/oily. Could also taste the garlic more. Papa John’s, your quality has decreased over the years. Disappointed ☹️

I couldn’t believe how well the manager treated me. I forget her name but she was so bright and happy while accommodating my needs. After trying to pay for the order with a business card for a friend that wouldn’t work (my fault) she went above and beyond to give me a free liter of soda for my own mistake!! I would reccomend 10x over!
