Went to this establishment at 8:23 pm. It was not extremely busy. They were short staff. One waitress that was responsible for four tables, including ours. She was also responsible for cashing out people, and carry out orders. I understand she was busy, but we waited for over 25 mins to place our order before we finally left. The reason we left was the fact that she was bluntly rude, and said they are going to leave and I am one damn person they need to understand that. Plus, I haven’t even took the order of the people outside yet. So two out of the four tables have not had any service, but you want to be upset when individuals leave due to lack of service? Seriously, this place has went down hill in the last few months. They definitely need to hire more staff, especially staff that actually knows how to serve your customers.

This came out of my food. No thanks. The “manager” comped only my meal even though it shot out and ran across the table into others foods. While she did apologize for it, she was so nonchalant about it it makes me wonder if this is a common complaint. Health board should definitely come pay a visit. I’ve gotten sick 3 times since I was about half way through my meal before it came out of the plate. I’ll be fair and say it might just be the thought of all of this that has made me ill but definitely a horrible experience after dropping $70.

Went out to eat because my son wanted boneless wings, and he got wings with no sauce at all. My chicken sandwich had no sauce at all and both were ordered with bbq. I had to go get sauce and shake our own food! The chicken was overcooked and tough and We never got straws or napkins, I had to take paper towels off the next table over. Never again it was just bad. If I could give it 0 stars I would!
