I come here often and order my coffee iced, with Caramel, no cream or sugar, & add Almond milk. Today it wasn’t made correctly. It’s happened before, but this is the first time (5/31/23) I’ve had a customer service issue with it being corrected. I’m sure the guy working the window ( who I’ve never seen prior to today) did not make my coffee, but you would think he did as combative as he was when I came back through for a correction. He did not apologize & gave excuses as to why my coffee (I’ve ordered the same way for SO long) tasted the way it did, which was uncalled for. I asked for it to be remade and stated what I thought the error was so it could be made correctly. He tells me they have to use specific amounts of Caramel & I must be used to other employees adding EXTRA which I’ve NEVER requested in all the years they’ve been open right down the street from my residence, as if he’s insinuating I’m a difficult customer expecting “special” treatment. I did not deserve this type of energy at all. They need to place him in a work area far away from people. He’s bad for business.

Stopped at Wagner rd this morning. My husband went in for a coffee 3 employees working all looked at him never asked what he needed. He waited 15 minutes and left with no coffee. We will never stop at this shop ever again while traveling. Real great customer service. Doesn’t even earn a 1 star more like zero.

The first employee was either too entitled or too busy to be bothered by a customer, the coffee and donuts were ok, but not good enough to pay to be treated rudely. What saved my visit this morning was a very friendly and polite young man named Willy. Thank you Willy for being kind, don’t let the environment turn you.

Ordered a small hot vanilla oatmilk latte, however they tried to give me an iced latte. They took it back to “make” the correct latte however they only filled the cup up 1/3 of the way if that and I also believe they just heated up the iced latte because it was watery and tasted like they added extra flavor shots to cover it up!!! Do Not recommend this location for anyone

I went to this Dunkin’ at 4:30pm on a Sunday and they had absolutely nothing. Everything I asked for they did not have. And the employees were just in the back doing nothing and laughing. For this to be right off the highway they were not prepared and had nothing.

The last Dunkin Donut in Petersburg was a huge fail. I discovered this one accidentally and after several turns to get there , I was excited to get 2 Bavarian creme donuts. I wasn’t impressed with the freshness of my donuts , and much like the other locations , napkins are given by request only apparently! How do you eat a powdered donut without napkins????? Very few reasons to drive to Petersburg ; today there’s one less!
