This is a good place to get Fish and Chips. The fish is very good and the service is very good too. The server was friendly and cheerful. We got a side salad instead of the chips and the salad was very fresh and we were glad we got the salad. We did not know that there was an up charge for the substitution until we got the bill though. We were happy to pay it but it would have been nice to know beforehand though.

Food was great. I’m usually not a fan of panko breading but the cod was fresh and good to perfection. So soggy breading, crisp and crunchy. The calamari was delicious paired with the garlic lemon aioli. Service left some to be desired but the place was busy so I can understand if the waitresses were burnt out and short with their words. Not too pricey considering what inflation has done to the food markets. {thanks Brandon} about $40 for the fish and chips and the calamari. About $15 more than two meals at McDonald’s. The dine-in area is tiny and felt cramped. Other than that I’d go again.

Stopped in for a quick bite, it was fast and delicious. The calamari was fresh and cooked right. The clam chowder was good, too.

Stopped in Pike Fish Bar for lunch, a table for four with no waiting despite being moderately busy. Greeted at the door and offered several dining options. Small spot but part of a larger interior complex. Moderate sized menu, leaning toward seafood. Everyone very happy with their meal and beverage choices. Pickle fries and fish sandwich particularly good. It may have helped that the first sunshine in a few days arrived through the window at that moment . Appropriate for couples, small groups or families.

Tues 3pm. Excellent service, server was lively and full of enthusiasm. Coleslaw is abit bland but tartar sauce was good.

OUTSTANDING fish and chips. They have a but of a small, plain atmosphere without the views the rest of the Pike Market holds, but the atmosphere is still cool and chilled out. I’d suggest just having the fish and chips plain, I personally like Northwest Cod but you can take whatever you prefer (they even have shrimp, so lots of options). The cooking is perfect and it just tastes fantastic, crisp on the outside and perfectly soft inside, barely any oil actually, and just a really strong, meaty portion with some fantastic and energetic service and kind waiters. Love this place, will be coming again for sure next time I visit Seattle.
