I ordered jalapeño poppers and they looked like they were 3 years old. They had no cheese in them and were hollow. I’m not over exaggerating. I was absolutely shocked. It was the nastiest thing I have ever experienced. Where is the own of this franchise? Something needs to be done.

I guess the conversations that they were having with each other is more important than taking orders… there were customers standing in line and we had to wait for them to finish their conversations before someone finally came and took our order …. Then it took an additional 15 minutes to get my food.. then I got my chicken sandwich and bit into it and it was just a big thick piece of tendon couldn’t even eat it could even bite through it….. I ended up just throwing sandwich in the trash…. Not to mention the place was filthy I know this location is in a truck stop but you guys need to do better

Do yourself a favor and go to a different BK. This place is so run down. The screen in the drive thru doesn’t work and seems to be spray painted black. It’s a main hangout for transients. The employees have dirty hands. ( I personally don’t want my food prepared by people that don’t wash their hands) The food is cold. Can’t order through the app. Can’t substitute anything in your meal so you are just stuck with fries. Ice cream machine always seems to be broken. The trash cans outside are always overflowing. Whoever owns this location has totally given up on it.

I spent 15 minutes just to order another 15 to get my food. I was told it was busy but there was no one in-front of us and an almost empty parking lot. Make the trip to Watson. The Burger king and McDonald’s over there actually prioritize the drive thru. Cashier was kind of nice though so I’ll give it 2 stars.

Horrible service. The young man opened the windowed didn’t tell me my total expected me to hand me payment without saying a word. As I handed the payment after I asked for the total and to repeat my order I waited for my food and I had asked to take off three condiments as I am allergic and they repeated everything back correctly once I got home surprise all the condiments I asked to remove were on the burger. I threw away the food and went somewhere else. Again horrible service, terrible communication if any, and overall do not recommend.

Please shut this Burger King down! Whoever owns this franchise should really read your reviews and take seriously. Been here twice and will be the last time. First time they messed up my order gave me something I didn’t order at all. Just went there again today. Shake machine down which is a big joke. Ordered a Big Fish and a whooper. Instead, they gave me a burger with ketchup and mustard lol. Instead big fish got jr whooper lol. I guess they make and give you whatever they feel like here.
