The $7.79 cinnamon rolls I ordered were burnt and inedible. I emailed customer service and was told someone from the store would reach out to me. They never did. Last time I order from this Pizza Hut. Why would you let that mess leave the restaurant?!

Not very happy in this very skimpy topped pizza. If I knew getting a free rewards pizza would look like this, I would have just paid for one. Literally had only 14 pepperoni’s on it with some slices only having 1 pepperoni. I’m taking in account too, the ones that are in the cut.

I just ordered pizza and wings and was VERY disappointed… the pizza was not even cooked. I had to put it in the oven and cook it some more. The wings were mostly breading, even though I ordered naked,.. so everything was awful and I’ll def never order here again . Not sure what happened to Pizza Hut . They used to be good but it’s a def NO for me. Never again!!

Quality has gone down! This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered a pizza and had to alter or REMOVE stuff. They obviously don’t read the details of an online order or just don’t care, every time I say WELL DONE it’s not, so I have to go home and put it in the oven! This time I got more cheese than sauce which is disgusting because instead of enjoying the pizza we’re pulling off loads of cheese to make it tolerable. This is the 2nd time the green peppers are not chopped they are just chunks which is not appealing at all. And to make it worse it was overly greasy and I mean GREASY HANDS from eating a pizza?! . I won’t be returning to this location again.

Have ordered from this location in the past. Ordered yesterday (Friday night) and the staff was very friendly and food was hot and ready within quoted timeframe. Ordered one pizza half pepperoni and half ham and pineapple and a cookie cake on the app for carry out and pick up inside. Staff members were very friendly and positive atmosphere. Was not expecting that based on prior experiences. Only comment for improvement was that it was a cold evening and inside the building the A/C was much cooler than outside, but besides that great experience.

Love the pizza. Usually, this store delivers quickly with the food piping hot. The only issue I ever had was when they had Door Dash deliver the order. It showed up cold and missing the wings we ordered. The store delivered the wings 30 minutes later and were great about it, but the Door Dash driver couldn’t have cared less. I may be picking up instead of having it delivered so I don’t risk getting Door Dash again. But the food is good, and service is almost always fast and pleasant.

Horrible complete trash. Iv given this place 5 chances and I will not nor recommend anyone to order from here. You will order food and they simply don’t deliver. Sauces and side ideas like wings or breadsticks never arrives. This place is 4 min from my house now mind you the pizza comes slightly warm. Iv brought wings back into the store bc they were black and I wanted to get a refund. The employee told me that’s how they come outta the grease and refused a refund on 4 wings. Pizza Hut sure isn’t what it used to be.

Just ordered the new pizza melt from Pizza Hut. I’ve got the chicken with bacon and my husband the Buffalo chicken. Both tasted the same. Actually, there was no taste at all.
