I was in a party of six on a Saturday night, arriving at 7:00 p.m. While we did make a reservation at 5:30, just in case, we would not have had a problem. We were seated at a table for eight immediately upon arriving. The place wasn’t too busy. Our orders were quickly taken, drinks arrived immediately, salads not too far behind.

Wow!!! I was not expecting to see how the restaurant was when I came through the doors!! It is so cool! It looks like you walking in a log cabin!! And there is even a log cabin in the restaurant!!!! So cool!! The food is even amazing! The staff is very friendly and patient! I love my 1st time experience and will be going back soon!!!! I

First time at Charlie’s pub and it was a great experience. Food took a little bit to come out because of a couple of large parties. Waitress was awesome and kept us informed on our meal prep and kept the drinks full. Food was great and worth the wait. Super cool log cabin built inside to done in as well. Definitely will return here

When our food came out the “well done” patty melt was red. We sent it back and when asked if we would like something else we said no that we didn’t want to wait for it and just shared one of the other meals we already had. The person who seemed like the manager came out and yelled at us stating that they were busy and couldn’t help there being a 45 min wait. I have never seen anyone in a restaurant come out and yell at a patron like that. When we tried to explain that we didn’t complain about the wait, that we said we didn’t want another patty melt, she walked away without listening. No one complained other than sending the undercooked sandwich back. Totally unprofessional. Really ruined the mood of the fun time out with family.

We went for hubbys birthday had reservation, cause we had eaten there once before for a work party and it was amazing ! but this time it was awful. Waitress didn’t know what she was doing , like she never waitressed before. After an hour of waiting we got our food and it was cold, asked for manager and she was extremely rude to us! Will never eat there again. They didn’t make it right at all. They did reheat the food , but reheated food doesn’t taste the same. Very disappointed.
