This may sound petty and I rarely complain ever honestly, but I feel it needs to be addressed. I order food/coffee at this location a couple times to a few times per week often adding a hash brown to my order. I would say at this point 85-90% of the time the hash browns are left out of my order. I know it’s partly my fault for not checking my bag of food, but do I really need to check every single time my gosh. I even was questioned by the woman making the food when picking up my app walk-in order. The one time I actually checked the bag to make sure the hash browns in particular were in there and they were not I told a staff member that I was still waiting for hash browns. The other woman who was cooking told me she put one in my bag and I went to show her the bag so she could see they were not in the bag and she just said “I’ll give you another one” as if I was lying about them not being in the bag. Also, majority of the time when I get my son stuffed bagel minis they’re heated how they should be, but this time the were just thrown in the bag cold. I understand mistakes do happen and something may be left out, but when it occurs more times than not especially with the same staff member, that is a problem. I keep saying I won’t return to this location, but after today I will not be returning. Now, this will not affect anyone I’m sure whether or not I return, but when paying customers are consistently not getting items they’ve purchased it is a problem.

I go here every morning. EVERY morning. And it’s generally a positive experience. But this morning was so horrible I’m going to give them 1 star. I used the app to order 2 coffees and some food. They give me my coffees,, don’t have the food ready, ask me to pull forward. Not a problem. A guy brings out a bag, which feels light… I look inside. Missing a bagel and an egg and cheese wrap. I tell him. He’s not happy with me. Takes my bag inside, comes back out and informs me that I already got that stuff. “She said she already gave it to you.” I think I’d know if she did. So he keeps saying I already got it. I said “fine. Ill order it again!” I place another order on my app for the missing items. Wait in the line again, etc. At the window they have no idea what I’m talking about. But I demanded a gift card for the 2nd order, she threw $6 at me. Literally… threw it. And here’s a pic of my egg and cheese wrap. Forgot to do the wrap part. Whatever.

Dunkin’ Donuts is a place to go for a hot coffee and donuts, etc. The coffee is not very tasty but it is a popular chain . I will say their Apple fritter is pretty good ! They are clean and neat with good staff !

Eveytime I go there, I always have a problem with my drink. Whenever I said NO ICE, they filled it with ice. I asked for extra macha powder they gave me NO powder.

Came here at 6pm, place was not busy. Ordered 2 drinks and the young kid sighed after each drink i ordered and kept rushing me, and then sighed again when i had to correct him because he kept over talking me asking if i was all set… i hope he dosnt last long here because that was incredibly rude and seems to be in the wrong line of work…

I recently have made a significant change to my diet to address a condition and I used to have my order straight and while it was complicated I didn’t used to stumble over myself and have to ask about ingredients, whereas now I do and it gets tough sometimes. The staff there were patient and went out of their way to clarify about the milk/creamer choice when I forgot to be specific as I stumbled through the other portions of my order. It might seem like a small deal but anyone who has patience with me and pays close attention to other factors to make sure I don’t get sick, I just wanted to make sure to highlight the staff has to ensuring their customers are well taken care of. I typically wouldn’t consider rating a Dunkin location since it’s Dunkin and you’ll get some variation and some mess ups anywhere you go and you just live with it. The frequency of the mess ups here led me to this review and I’ve only tried repeatedly due to close proximity to work. I am typically ordering in the afternoon for context.
