Had the Chicken Finger meal. The chicken was tender and juicy. The Texas toast was delicious! Slaw was just ok. The chicken and fries with the sauce is darn good. Customer service was good, place was clean. This is based on the Tustin location. I would gladly try the same meal at other locations.

When I rolled up I ordered good. Got to the window and heard the server say “ He kinda of liked me” to the cook. The cashier was engaged too. – my sandwich lacked

This is the best Raising Canes I have been to. The food was great, really fresh. The employees seemed a little short spoken, but that’s understandable. The atmosphere was good, mostly clean but a few tables were dirty. This is the best Canes I have been to because of the food quality. So many other Raising Canes locations lack quality because they are way busier and seem to be short staffed.

Raising Cane’s is my favorite fast food restaurant for chicken these days. I love that their chicken fingers are crispy on the outside, and tender and juicy on the inside. The drive through is always efficient and fast. As you move your car forward there are almost always a couple of friendly employees standing there ready to take your order and move you along. During my last takeout order, I found my fries to be a little cold and stale when I got home. The chicken was still hot and delicious as usual, but the fries left me disappointed with the meal. I plan to return to Raising Cane’s, hoping for better fries!

The toast is good. Like really good. I could just eat that and be happy. The chicken is alright but you need the sauce. Open late so great for late night snacks or dinner.

Their chicken fingers are delicious. Actually, everything is pretty delicious, from the Texas toast to the lemonade. I haven’t always been fond of the slaw, as I grew up eating the super shredded KFC variety, but the Raising Canes version has grown on me and I dare say it’s better than the Colonel’s. This location has really well trained employees. The inside is always sparkling clean and the kids always have a good experience here. We are so glad to have a local location to our home. The new drive thru design is also tops. So glad there aren’t backed up cars on Tustin anymore.

Love the food but never order online for this location. In three separate occasions, they’ve always taken longer than it says on the app. It’s not until we go and and ask that they acknowledge our order and start preparing it. Last time they forgot one of our boxes too.

Food was great and what I would expect to get from a cane’s. Customer service was also great. But lets get to why to lost a star. The floor was a major slip hazard. I could not tell if it was oil or residual soap leftover from mopping or the fact someone just used the same mop in both the lobby and kitchen but its a dangerous situation for the staff and customers.

They have the perfect chicken fingers ! Juicy breast meat and perfectly crispy. I love their crinkle fries and fresh lemonade and sweet fresh tea. I recommend going inside to place your order because the drive thru doesn’t always get it right
