I’ve seen snails have more of a sense of urgency than this place. In the 30 minutes I was there before placing my order 15 people walked out of line to go somewhere else. They complain they’re short staffed but that would be impossible as slow as everyone moved.

This restaurant is always clean and inviting. That bourbon rib sandwich and slider is to die for along with the blueberry lemonade. Ayesha is a wonderful worker with a great attitude. I go there again and again for her excellent customer service!!!

Out of brisket, no tomatoes for gyro and a wait inside while they take care of drive through….BUT Aiesha was awesome. She was professional yet friendly and tried her best, on her own, to make us happy without me complaining. We appreciate her and her good work.

I’ve been stop by Arby’s for a month or so for the jamocha shake and they always say “Sorry the shake machine down” . It’s no need to keep advertising the shakes if the machine going to “be down” for a month plus !

I went to Arby’s on hwy 80 today. Ordered beef and cheddar and a few other things. I asked for extra Arby’s sauce. I had to park in the parking lot to wait for them to bring it to me. That wasn’t a problem since they are under staffed. When the lady brought my order to me I asked if there was extra sauce in the bag. As she was walking away she grunted(and I do mean grunted) “it’s in the bag” really bad attitude. Got home. Surprise, no sauce in the bag. In addition to that, the beef was really salty. This is why I don’t like drive thru. BUT, they close their dining room in the evening, so there was no choice. I probably won’t be going back there.

Waited at the drive thru order station for 15 minutes only to have the person say they didn’t have any roast beef ready and it would be around 40 minutes before it was ready. This is the worst customer service ever. These people need to be fired!!!

Always great food and always great service. Been going to this location for many years, and unlike other popular fast food establishments with golden arches, Arby’s has never, ever gotten my order wrong. As for atmosphere, it’s so-so, but it’s a fast food place, not a fine dining room.
