Food is usually always good here at this chain. On this visit, the peppers were not fresh(and I didn’t taste onions, even though they were to be included). Was the sandwich(multiple in this case), piping hot? No. Were the French Fries fresh and hot? Yes. (So there would be absolutely no reason the Cheese steaks ordered weren’t really hot). Do better, or folks will go somewhere else!

Zach Mckenzie the manager is the most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with in my life. I cannot understand how he was hired as a manager he has no regard for customers or does he care for the owner of this business. This person was hired to make things right when someone else makes a mistake but, instead made matters worse and did not even attempt to make it right. I will never ever visit another Charley’s again. Much less this location…if you love Charley’s as much as my family does go to another location. Don’t expect to be treated with a smile or like a human they treat you like an order number here. They are also promoting kindness with a message on their large plastic cup drink with a message on there to be kind because every act of kindness creates a ripple effect. That is where it should start by teaching their staff to be kind and not rude to others. Your not doing us any favors we spend our hard earned money here at least four hours of our hard work to pay for the food you are providing. There is other reviews saying how rude they were also treated by the staff so many complete different strangers could not have had the same experience unless it is true. I noticed that all good reviews are mostly addressed but rarely the bad ones. Maybe we should start there stop saying you will correct the issues and then do nothing about it words are just words. Read all the reviews before you go spend your hard earned money here especially in these hard times!
