My group and I ordered Pizza to be delivered QR hotel from this location. They were running behind, do not notify us, had the tracker app say that they delivered our pizza which they never did, refuse to answer the phone when we called back multiple times. When we finally got a hold of somebody trying to order new pizza she refused to take her order and told us to call back and dial the extension that would not answer with no voice-mail option or any method of further recourse. After waiting an hour for any word from them we were forced to start the process over with a different restaurant with some hungry and angry folks. Do not order from here it is a waste of your time. Poor service poor management all around horrible experience

So I usually order extra large pizzas from pappa Johns, one because We like their pizza and two, pizza is pretty reasonable when you have a large family. Tonight I was disappointed because it was our son’s birthday and we order pizza for our family before going to bowling and laser tag. All pizzas were ordered as extra large but these are the smallest extra large I have ever seen. The pizza slices themselves were tiny. I’m just wondering if these are extra large pizzas how small are the mediums or small for that matter. They have to be bite size. I did call and speak to the manager and he literally said these are extra large pizzas…I find that hard to believe because i get them all the time and at times I cut the slices in half but these slices are tiny….Papa Johns can do better than this. The manager did offer to make them over which I appreciate but we were going to go somewhere after eating and typically I don’t like to send food back(if u know u know). Just disappointed in the experience. If these is their new extra large I will have to go to else where because I will not spend $60-$70 on an extra small extra large pizza.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Super Hawaiian Pizza from Papa John’s! Ingredients were fresh, plentiful and delicious! Finally got a pizza that was HOT by the time it got to my door. The other pizza company was a few blocks from my home always arrived cold and I was tired of it. Papa John’s aims to please and they’ve done just that! The only thing that they missed was the “well done” option to toast the cheese a little more but I was extremely happy with the pizza, service and order placement. I’m definitely ordering from them again!

By far one of the most pleasant place to eat in Huntsville. I came in right before closing I was greeted by an employee immediately. Then the cashier that took my order made it herself to ensure it was correct. I arrived at 8:34 pm, they were supposed to close at 9 pm. The lady that approached me refused to take my order cause it would take 20 minutes to make (a small pizza). I asked for quicker options but she again refused as they were closing at 9 pm on a Friday.

They are okay pizza can over priced compared to its counter parts. I paid 25 dollars for a single large pizza. Its not the price thats the issue its the quality for the price. If your going to pay that much just go down Venice pizza its pricey but much better quality.
