Door dash had delivered my order and had forget majority of my order, so I contacted Yamato just to make sure my order was still there. The young man I spoke to was very apologetic, professional, and sincere in correcting the mistake. This type of professionalism and fantastic service is why they are one of the best restaurants in Madison!

The menu doesn’t properly provide conformation for what is on each item. I myself am allergic to multiple thing including “milk, egg, and peanut” and the item i ordered has no sort of allergy list or alerts. Also there was a large piece of metal wire in our food. i do not recommend to come here if you have any sort of allergies or looking for a clean environment. The service is poor as well.

We ordered (To Go) very late, around 10pm, but we were still accomodated. Food quality is still very good and delicious, well packed and customer service is fast. Bill is around $40 plus tip. The restaurant is clean and tables are well spaced, ambiance is really themed nicely. Well recommended and would visit again if visiting Madison.

This little out of the way restaurant is amazing. Its tucked over in the corner and the sign is a little faded but the food is great and the prices were very reasonable. Realistically this place should have a crowd all the time. My wifes sushi rolls were gone before i could get a picture. Fried dumpling are amazing. Even my side of noodles was very tasty. Definitely addinf this place to my go to spots for excellent food. Two full meals with appetizers and extra sides and drinks was $45 total.
