Order online for pickup and the order took 20 minutes longer than quoted on the app. The breads were amazing and the pizza we ordered was very delicious as well. The wings I requested to be well done but it was very uncooked to our liking. After throwing the wings in the air fryer for a few minutes the were alot better. After ordering I realized that the small pizza I ordered was more expensive than large pizza which didn’t make sense at all. Pricing wise not worth it.

Do not waste your time. I am a teacher and placed an order in advance at this location. The order arrived almost 2 hours late, nearly dismissal time for my students. When I called and asked to speak to the manager, I was met with a defensive attitude and got hung up on when asked for her name and if there was someone else I could contact. They did not attempt to even offer a resolution.

If it’s within 90 minutes of closing for delivery, they’ll accept your order online, it’ll say preparing and then 20 minutes later if you refresh it’ll say “order cancelled.” They’ll never call or send you an email saying that. So if you don’t happen to refresh wondering where your food is, you’ll never get it. Terrible business

I won’t be ordering from Papa Johns pizza anymore. We tried the new stuffed crust pizza and no one enjoyed it. It wasn’t worth it. Also the jalapeño poppers were a joke. They didn’t look presentable and failed the taste test as well. The other pizza ordered with pineapples didn’t have sweet pineapples. Everyone was disappointed in the entire order.
