First time at Shake Shack. The service was phenomenal. The food was good, a bit overpriced for the quantity you get, but the fancier feel of it makes it a unique experience. The strawberry milkshake was very yummy! Will have to try their lemonades next time.

First time trying shake shack and I would say it didn’t disappoint, burgers tasted good, decent sized and price, the chicken bites are small but didn’t taste bad. Service was quick and the kiosk option is great. The outdoor seating is nice and big to enjoy a quick bite.

I have been watching Shake Shack being built. I couldn’t wait to try it. I brought my mom in on a Friday during lent. So I ordered the white truffle shroom sandwich. This came with a side of sauce, but I had no idea what it was. It turned out to white truffle sauce. It tasted like mushrooms. We shared white truffle parmesean cheese fries. No shake. ( Crinkle cut are not my favorite fry. I didn’t see any other option.

Food was good. Kiosk ordering was disorganized… Ordered food from the kiosk, was given the opportunity to provide cell #. Received a text almost instantly, acknowledging order, and stating I would receive a text when order is ready. Sat down and waited 15 minutes. No text. A Lot of staff was behind the second counter preparing the food and a two or three shuffling orders to tables in front of the first counter. A young lady called out the first name I put on the order, brought us two burgers- missing two shakes and an order of fries. She turned around before my wife could tell her. I talked to another young lady at the first counter who was very busy managing the orders and explained the dilemma. Because I had no receipt, she took my word that the items were missing. I think athe limited staff should be used to man the register, take the order, hand a receipt with a number and call you to the counter to pick it up. Would work a whole lot better. I hope this new location figures out the logistics part of this restaurant, because the food is good. People would more than likely prefer to pickup their order rather than run around putting it together themselves an item at a time as the burgers get cold. Good luck Shake Shack!
