I love America’s Best Wings! I was greeted and waited on immediately. I was undecided and the young lady suggested her favorite Honey Old Bay, so I ordered them and Garlic Parmesan and it did not disappoint. Both were saucy, fresh, hot and taste delicious. The fries were pretty good. They were drenched in sauce or grease, it was hard to determine because I was tasting the sauce from the garlic parm wings and I never finish all of my fries. Overall 10/10 for me. I mixed the lemonade and fruit punch together and that combination was good to me. I would definitely back again.

I placed my order and paid for it at 4:52. We left and went to five below to waste time we spent about 20 mins there. Went back to pick up my order only to be overlooked several time then told it was not ready yet. My meal was ready at 5:46. Customer service I give them a F. Food timeliness F-. I hope they get better with their customer interactions.

I asked for wings to be “crispy, well done” but they were OVER cooked. Dry and super hard. The party wings were petrified. The whole wings was burnt, the grease was definitely old and needed to be changed or the temp was up too high. Yes it was late and they were about to close so maybe that’s why but I won’t be going back. Best thing was the fries that came in the combo I didn’t ask for. $40 wasted on just 10 party wings combo, 5 whole wings and an order of fries. I won’t be going back!

I walked into the location was not greeted However I stood at the counter and I observed a guy grabbing a chicken wings one by one out of the Fryer and it was disgusting… He should not be using his bare hands to grab food and he started to then cut the wings for sauce.. If anyone continues to eat here someone will eventually get sick.

I’ve ordered to this America’s Best Wings plenty of times and truly appreciated their ability to make my food the way I like. However, their professionalism is horrible! I will pray for the employees as the manager is absolutely disrespectful. I received an incorrect order with multiple items missing and instead of being respectful and offer to make me the rest of my order for me to pick up. He disrespects me and says my order was given to me correctly, when I know for a fact it was not. He also states, if you are mad and want your money back come and get it and hangs up the phone. I should have stopped going here when I saw and heard him being disrespectful to his employees in the past.

We spent 25$ in 2 meals and I ask for one dressing for my wings and the guy say it was 50 cent. This is the first American best wings that don’t give any dressing for you wings.
