Nice BIG Chipotle right by the Cherry Creek Shopping Center. Decided to stop here to get a food break from a 30 minute walk. It was great! The staff were friendly, plenty of seating, clean, and delicious food and GREAT portions! The Chicken Burrito Bowl I got with a side of guac (costs money) was delicious. Also has a good selection of drinks to have.

A nice “local” (now massively corporate) and affordable option in this high-end area. The burrito-ista was very attentive and the manager seemed on top of things. Food was up to the Chipotle standard of freshness, quality and flavorful ingredients. The new chicken al pastor was done just right, not too salty as have had at other locations.

Ordered takeout from the app and the guacamole we got was BROWN. We had ordered a large guac and chips and I also got guac put on my salad. Both were brown. I had to scoop it out of my food. The large guac was brown throughout, not just the top layer either. So gross.

Walked in 30 minute before closing. The staff was too busy cleaning and didn’t seem to want to assist me. They also didn’t have the ability to make a burrito because they were cleaning the machine that heats the tortillas. I wanted to get fajitas in my now burrito bowl and and they were essentially scraping the bottom of the tin and said they couldn’t make any more. Really disappointing experience overall. Ended up telling them to forget the whole thing before going elsewhere for food.

I live right by this location, so I tend to go there more often than other locations. Every time I go in there, the serving sizes get smaller and smaller. They are so stingy here, down to the freakin lettuce. It’s like they make a point to train employees this way too. There’s two women in particular (I’m sure one is a manager and other is her sister. They seem to get annoyed when you ask for just a bit more. I don’t mind paying extra for extra servings but all I want was just my normal size bowl. I’m petite and don’t each huge serving so that has a lot to say about my issue here. I would be embarrassed serving people this way. They will literally take a piece of chicken, rice etc. back out your plate/bowl if they gave you a pieces too many. Today, I ended up paying more than I usually do because I had to ask her for more of everything. And I still ended up with half the portion of a regular normal order. I made my mind up and I am no longer eating out at this location.

Asked for salad. They proceeded to make my salad and told me at checkout they used the taco lettuce and didn’t have dressing. I felt like an idiot leaving without the food they prepared but lettuce and dressing are potentially the two most crucial ingredients to a salad.

As far as Chipotles go this one is pretty good. A lot of the negative reviews are fairly old, I think they’ve improved because I’ve never had trouble here. Fresh FRESH ingredients, good timing on take out or dine in orders, and the service is reasonable.
