I love Arby’s roast beef sandwiches and I have ever since I was a kid. They have to have Arby’s sauce, though. I was slightly disappointed because the buns used were old. They were dry and crumbled when you took a bite. The folks working there were nice but at the drive thru it took a bit long in my opinion. Short staffed maybe?

Horrible Arby’s experience this evening i ordered a new prime rib cheesesteak and when I got home and opened the box there was barely anything on this sandwich. Plus there was more onion than meat and no bell pepper at all. This sandwich was all bread. I have been a pretty loyal customer to this location on Valencia and Midvale but I don’t know that I will return if this is the quality and effort being put forth. The customer isn’t always right but that was a lackluster effort tonight. I normally don’t do reviews i have only done 2 of them and the other one was super positive

I’ve always liked Arby’s. I was in the mood for a fish sandwich. I was disappointed in it because the bun was very dry. It fell apart while I was eating. It was the first time I’d had a bad bun. It didn’t have much sauce on it but a staff person happened to be close and got another container for me. A week later we went back so my husband could get the Reuben sandwich. He said it was delicious, he loved the marbled rye bread it came on. I got a regular roast beef sandwich. THE BUN WAS VERY DRY AND FELL APART AGAIN!!! What’s with the dry buns Arby’s!!!

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. CAME HERE YESTERDAY TO GET A BACON SWISS CHICKEN SANDWICH COMBO. ONLY TO RECEIVE A SOGGY SANDWICH THAT I NORMALLY WOULD HAVE TOSSED OUT THE WINDOW JUST BASED OFF HOW IT LOOKED AND AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. 1 HR AFTER EATING IS WHEN AGONY STARTED.
