An upscale Locally owned Pizza and Pasta House. We have delicious entrees including a half roasted chicken and a pork loin. Gourmet 14 wood stone fired oven pizzas. The menu includes pastas such as Lobster Pappardelle and Short rib gnocchi. We have salads and appetizers with some of the Local favorites being the Lemon Kale Caesar, Roasted Artichokes, Hearts of Palm salad, Burrata , and a charcuterie board. We have a wine list to satisfy everyone’s palates and a craft beer list of Local breweries with all the favorites as well by draft and bottle.

So I decided to give them a 3rd try after 2 bad experiences. 1st time arrived at scheduled time and pizza was cold and so-so. With it being in the warmer box it was still cold. I also only live 4 minutes away so it did not get that cold on the way home. 2nd visit which is a re-occurring theme in these reviews is the lack of toppings and how they are spread. My toppings were sparse and all on one side of the pizza. This time after placing my order online with a pick up time of 7:15 I called to see how busy they really were. I was told to come at 7. I came at 7 and the pizza was already in the warmer box. When I got home same thing as 2nd time. The person who spreads toppings obviously does not care a whit. Here is a pic of the pizza as I opened the box. 2nd and 3rd pic is a pizza I made myself on the grill. Who’s margharita pizza would you prefer to eat? With the prices they charge I expect a better result than this. Sorry Local Pizza but 3 strikes and you are out.

Went with my dad after work. We ordered a Margherita pizza, it was delicious: The crust was not too thin and not too thick, the mozzarella cheese was really stretchy, and the basil gave it extra flavor. The waitress was really nice, checking often to make sure the food was good and to make sure we needed refills on our drinks. A place I definitely recommend.

The sauce was tasty on the pizza. But it’s a thin crust and difficult to hold without coming apart. I prefer a thicker crust. I would go back because of the good sauce or as they say in NYC, “gravy.”

I ordered the a Create your own pizza with mushrooms, sausage, pepperoni and black olives. The staff is friendly, you greeted when you walk in the door. The place has a rustic charm to it. The pizza tasted delicious and if you’re a fan of the thin pizza this place is for you. I prefer a slightly thicker inside so the toppings stay on better. I’ll be back to try other entrees that they have to offer

Great sauce now that they’ve been more consistent I can finally give it four stars. But one time I went and it was really bad. But luckily they’ve got the best sauce in my opinion around town and crusty bottom if they don’t burn it too badly. They’re gnocchi with short rib was amazing but I think they changed it to brisket or something. Either way really surprising and very good 🙂

We love this place. The food is always made made well, and is prepared quickly. Their pizza is fabulous, and the pasta is made in-house. Very fresh and authentic. Great salads and apps! We’ve dined there at least a dozen times and can’t wait to go back.

My husband I were in town for the weekend. We got a little side tracked at the beach and realized the time and also the fact that we were starving . After one place turned us away due to closing we went to Local Pizza & they were incredible! It was within 15 min of their closing and they stopped what they were doing and welcomed us. ALL of the staff was hospitable and our server, Alex was very helpful and attentive. We also had a nice young lady (apologies I forget her name) that was also very attentive. Highly recommend not just for the service, but the food was fantastic!

Loved the decor & vibe plus, staff was friendly now about the pizza… we ordered two and from the photo you can tell which one we liked better… PIZZA BOLOGNESE the sauce was really good and the meatball was good too. My Italian husband approved of the sauce & meatball but not the crust so 2 out of 3. The other was PRETTY FLY FOR WHITE PIE. We will go back as I want to try the pasta and the salads plus, they have wine specials. We loved the Lincoln out front, nice touch.
