Habitually slow service, and staff taking orders can never be bothered to smile or make much of an effort. Seems to be caused by lack of good management. Case in point: Today they didn’t have any chicken tenders. How in the world can you not have ANY of one of your basic ingredients?! Additionally, over the past 3 years the prices have risen at a rate that far out paces inflation over the same period. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS POPEYES.

I went through the drive-through and ordered chicken fingers with buffalo sauce. I got back to the office and noticed it was leaking in the bag. Upon a closer look, it appears the sauce container was chewed on by a mouse. From now on, when I want fried chicken I will go to Chic-fil-a.

Food is average. Chicken sandwiches were soggy with grease. Fries were nothing special. Located in a food court, so atmosphere is as you would expect. Employees were friendly.

The food was good, but the parking lot was full of litter and junk all around the shrubs. Haven’t been back through this part of town, so I’m not sure if it’s better or worse. Love Popeyes though.

I just have really bad experience with one employee at popeyes chicken at redstone arsenal . One lady, looks like a supervisor on Saturday afternoon shift, acted really rude and gave me a terrible experience with popeyes restaurant. If I could give this place zero stars I would. It is NEVER good which is bad because 50% of the time I don’t even get to eat when I go there! Service is terrible, don’t ever have all the food on the menu, or have food ready, OR wait on you to take your order. Lines are crazy long because service is terrible. If you go here, good luck. I have sworn it off, I won’t even try anymore.

Everytime it rains the drive-thru is never opened. Last time I ate there (10.28) my tenders were not cooked thoroughly and the biscuits weren’t fresh. Seemed as if they were frozen and baked to a rock without any flavor to them. However, the staff is amazingly nice and very quick to move the line along. Not certain that I’ll ever be back.
