First time visiting. Went around 9pm. Upstairs is a bar. There is plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. But most of the tables weren’t cleaned. I love how you can customize your burger to your liking. I got the black bean burger, and it was ok. It had no flavor. However, the brussel sprouts were good and the fries…BOMB! So crisp and flavorful.

The regular fries were a miss. I tasted one fry and it was very hard and tasted old so I didn’t eat those BUT the burger and sweet potato fries were a HIT so that made up for what would have been 4 stars. I will return. Oh and the cashier had excellent customer service.

We had a great experience at Grindhouse. We were in town for an event earlier in the evening that ran longer than we expected. As a result, we arrived at the restaurant within an hour of closing time. However, we never felt rushed. The person who took our order was patient and thoroughly answered all our questions. As it was our first time there, we had quite a few. The server who brought our order to the table was friendly and made certain that we had everything that we needed. Our food was perfectly prepared and delicious. I would highly recommend the chili cheese fries.

I went to this location on the 19th and the service was extremely slow. I ordered a Cheeseburger with fries and it tasted okay for what I thought. I woke up at 2AM on the next day and started to feel sick. I also felt a burning sensation in my stomach all day yesterday. The past times I’ve ate here the food was fine. I also felt like I have consumed some undercooked meat or something. I will not be going back to this restaurant after this experience.

I really liked the variety of the menu being that you can build your own burger. I had a double burger with american and swiss cheese and chili. I felt my burger could have been cooked longer with a less pink, but the flavor was excellent. The bleu cheese on the fries was so delicious and authentic, and the bacon just topped it off! Food was good. Person that took our order was good. Complained about my drink and the young lady was responsive and understanding. I watched her tell the manager, CJ, on-duty and he smirked and did not attempt to address my concern. Previously my party and I watched this same manager cater to the needs of two white men whose order was “misplaced” because they failed to take their table number with them when they moved tables. The clear separation of adhering to customers needs was clearly made evident by this establishment under this specific leadership, by CJ.
