I had placed an order online for delivery, it arrived in a short amount of time which was great. Upon opening the bag, I noticed the wrong chips were in there and double checked I had ordered the right ones. I had but figured they were busy and I just got the wrong chips – no big deal. I got busy working and just as I was about to get to my sandwich another bag was delivered for me — the driver told the front desk that I had gotten the wrong order and they brought me the correct one. I hadn’t even known I had the wrong sandwich since the ticket on the outside showed my correct order. This store went above and beyond to ensure I had the right sandwich and chips. Thank you!

Try a different sub shop… Don’t order from here unless you don’t care what’s on your sandwich. I placed my order around 11:30am on 07/31 and received the wrong sandwich (ordered turkey, got roast beef). I called and they sent out another order. This time I did get turkey, but no sauce or toppings I requested. I also paid extra to have cheese on my sandwich but it didn’t arrive with it. I called the store again and the person who answered the phone argued with me that I was wrong. Do not recommend. Try Jersey Mike’s or Firehouse (both in the same area)

I ordered a sub here in the drive through a couple months back. The sub fell onto the curb when they went to hand it to me. The drive through woman working just panicked and looked at the woman who was making the sandwiches. She just looked at me and said “well it is wrapped so can you just pick it up off the ground?” Pretty appalled I responded that there were ants already crawling on the paper. She then rolled her eyes and said well it’s going to take another minute to make you another one. She waited for me to respond to see if I would feel guilty enough to pick it up off the ground until I told her “that is okay, I don’t mind waiting for a new one”. She then begrudgingly remade the sandwich and the nice woman working the drive through gave it to me. I told her thank you, and when I got back to work and opened it it was mostly just bread and a sprinkle of lettuce.

Great place if your looking for a case of food poisoning. I would suggest avoiding the “new” wraps at this location. Also, they forgot to include one of the sandwiches in my order.

I have had a hit or miss experience here but today I was pretty disappointed to find out they “open at 11AM on weekends” only to go to the Jimmy Johns website (since Google says it’s 10AM) and find the employee either lied or their hours on the JJ website are wrong. In either case, it’s pretty absurd to not be able to manage your hours even appropriately. If you’re not open, fine, but don’t post that you are open.

I have never been so unhappy with a jimmy johns sandwich until today. I got back to work after picking up a sandwich and it was paper thin. Literally barley any toppings on it at all. I would not come to this location if I were you. There rushing through the sandwiches and not even making them into ones that can fill you up. I bit my tongue and ate it for how hungry I was but this is just unacceptable.
