If I can give this place, no stars I will and ordered a large supreme pizza, a medium meat, lovers pizza, and 12 Parmesan wings. The lady who was on the phone with rude. She wasn’t listening. She was laughing at someone in the background because I overheard the conversation and then when she asked for my debit card information I was giving it to her if she put me on hold and transferred a call to someone else I waited. I ordered this order at 4:20. They said 45 Minute wait, it is now 551. I never received the order. I recorded the phone conversation and also screenshot it everything that was happening. I called to try to get a refund because at this Point I no longer want the order. They told me I can’t get a refund and I never received product so I will be reaching out to corporate and the Better Business Bureau on this behalf because this is ridiculous what happened to making sure the customer is satisfied I was never rude to these people. I just wanted my food because our life with All for today because of the thunderstorm.

Absolutely disgusting. Overcooked and burned pizza, dry wings, pizza was suppose to be extra cheese which I paid extra for it to only be burned and hard. Staff were also very unprofessional so no use calling in. Wasted money. Horrible experience will never return.

Pizza crust was very thin, grease laden and not edible. Employees were rude when we called to complain and not only did the manager refuse to give their name or corporate contact number, they hung up on us. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE…

Whoever took this pizza out the oven and placed in the box should be ashamed of themselves. Privately owned doesn’t mean serve pizza of low quality. Pizza was hard and burned. You could tap it on the table and nothing fell off it was that bad. I called the manager answered asked for my phone number put me on hold had me listen to a automated message about how good the pizza would be 3x and then hung up on me. If I could have gave 0 stars I would have. Order if you feel like getting played for your hard earned money PERIOD.

Every month, my son is awarded a free pizza hut coupon from his school. I stopped in twice to redeem his coupon. Every time I placed my order, the cashier would ring up his coupon then proceed to make his pizza with no gloves. Today I asked the cashier to wear glove while preparing his food, she was not happy, but she wore the gloves. Overall, the place is not sanitary.

I ordered a large 10 dollar pizza with 3 toppings..wasnt expecting the best pizza in the world, but I was expecting at least what I ordered. I ordered extra cheese and pepperoni, regular mushroom and Italian sausage. For 2.25 extra for cheese I was expecting more cheese. I even asked for double cheese and they act as if I was saying something foreign. I just want my money back and will not be going back.
