I came in to order a wings and things meal. After waiting almost 20 minutes for my food, I received tiny wings and some other thangs in my plate. The plate was half empty with very little fries that were cold. I have been repeatedly disappointed by the service and food provided by this Chamblee location. The wings are always too small and the food is not worth the high price. I will not be back to this location.

The Zaxby’s I visited is adjacent to the Lowe’s chamblee GA.This was the first time I tried a Zaxby’s and it was a pleasant surprise, The salads were very fresh and tasty and the sandwiches were excellent. Cashier was very nice and friendly.

Food was good, fresh, and reasonably quick. The cashier was courteous but not friendly. The salad presentation was the best I’ve seen in a Zaxbys so far. I would rate this store a 4.5 because service with a smile matters and only one young girl showed any semblance of real hospitality.
