It is by far the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. I order fried raviolis they were burnt, I ordered chicken teriyaki they were burnt. I have beef and broccoli and it was very hard to find beef in the order. When I did the beef was so tough it was very difficult to chew. I oder roast pork low main and the pork was from dry pork strips. I has been a loyal customer. When I called to express my concerns I was told to take pictures and send them in. You have lost me as a customer.

Ordered through google and they forgot part of my order. I understand and called to have them just refund the part they forgot. They said they could not refund and wanted to just deliver. I was not interested in waiting for an hour since I was in a hotel and could not eat the food later. They just didn’t care. I will contact mikekeyway so they are aware. Don’t use google to order. Stick with DoorDash or Grubhub as those apps help when there are issues!

Cannot believe the experience I had tonight. White rice costs extra, which they don’t tell you about ahead of time and is not listed on the menu. Never heard of that in my LIFE. They were rude enough to charge me another delivery fee and nice guy that I am, I tipped the driver anyway. I tried to tell him that people from other areas of the country are going to be very surprised by this charge, and he was rude and dismissive with me. And he forgot the plates I requested. I cannot believe I just paid a Chinese place $15 for 2 orders of white rice. In my 50+ years, I have never been charged for white rice.

Absolutely do not get this place, a bit overpriced and the food tastes pretty bad compared to the price. On top of the food I got the general gaus chicken and got food poisoning from it, worst experience I’ve had in awhile. Not safe food.

Went for a late bite on way back to hotel and all I can say is I’ll pass on this place next time I’m in town..everything is ala carte I got no rice with a pint of overly salty Beef with Broccoli and when I asked I was told it costs extra..here on Long Island every Chinese take out gives a half pint of white rice..

I ordered take out they told me it would be ready in 10 minutes when I got there, the order wasn’t even ready and they were asking me what I ordered, since they couldn’t find my order in their computers…then I to wait another 20 minutes for them to prepare my order. Not to mention the food was pricey.. anywhere else my meal should have cost less than $30 but they charged me $64 . I repeat..Too pricey $$$… for such a small order.
